4 Corners Lakeside is a clean, beautiful community. The property manager, Amanda, is fantastic. Throughout the application process, she was extremely responsive and accommodating. Amanda clearly has the best interest of her residents in mind, and it is a pleasure to work with her.

Amanda is the definition of “taking care of business.” From the start she has been incredibly hospitable and has made the process of applying and moving in easy and efficient. She’s on top of anything and everything we have needed and my wife and I can’t thank her enough for helping us fit in to our new home. My wife and I toured many different apartment complexes before choosing this one and the biggest difference is the care that this management has for their tenants.

I live in an area in Michigan where it isnt the fancy Royal Oak. I thought I wouldn't find an upscale apartment that would have the amenities that I wanted without moving to somewhere like Royal Oak. So glad I was wrong. This apatment is beautiful and is ran by staff who care. They aren't magicians but they work hard at guest satisfaction. They do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable and keep you happy.

The overall building is well taken care of and any requests placed to the property management company staff are handled ASAP. The amenities are great - a very nice gym too! The overall property management company is the best to work with. Both Brie and Paul and very kind and make action happen to fix issues. My apartment is across from the Taco Bell and sometimes I hear very low music from the cars at night, but it doesn't really bother me. It is easy to drown out.
